What is your refund/exchange policy?

At this time, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges as we are a small business. Please double-check our sizing guide and measure your pet's neck carefully before placing your order. Please reach out to us prior to ordering if you require assistance with sizing.

How long does shipping take?

We strive to ship orders out within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary and are dependent on Canada Post. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays or lost packages.

Can I choose my own two patterns for my reversible bandana?

At this time, our reversible bandanas are only available in our carefully pre-selected fabric pairings. As a small business, we pre-make our bandanas in advance to ensure consistent processing times and quality. We appreciate your understanding!

If we live in the Greater Moncton Area can we pickup?

Yes! We are located in Riverview NB for local pickup. We will send you an email when it is ready for pickup.

How do we wash our bandanas?

Our bandanas are made of easy to clean fabric. We recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry. Machine washable and dryer safe - use at own discretion. We recommend using low heat and using a mesh laundry bag to prevent snagging on zippers/buttons of other clothes.
